THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
WHEREAS, the Tarr Collector of the County of San Bernardino has
requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval and
authority for selling at public sale certain tax-deeded property here-
tofore deeded to the State of California, and
WHEREAS, said list of parcels of property as described in Sale Folio
#308 includes the following described property in the City of Redlands ,
to-wit :
Chicago Colony Reservation ptn Lot 8 com at
intersection N li AT and SF RR R/W and E li
Lincoln St th N alg ad E li Lincoln St to its
intersection with SWly li Sylvan Blvd th SE1y
alg Sally li ad Sylvan Blvd to Nally li sd ISR

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that it does hereby respectfully request that the aforemen-
tioned property be deleted from the Sale of Tax Deeded properties to
be held by the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino on the
