The City Council of the City of Redlands ordains and resolves as folloi,45;r
SECTION GN9,.: That the, City Council. of the City of Redlands hereby finds and
detem.ines that certain real property mai.cd by said. City is no Ionger requi. red for
public use, which said property is, more paxticulaxly described as follaws
1l of Lot I-, of Olivo Avenue Tract as recorded in 136ok 15 of Maps, page 47
in the office of the County Recorder, CaUnty of San Bernardino, Mate of
California, excepting that portion described as follows!
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of
San Mateo Street (00 foot wide) with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 1.7
thence Southivester-tv along last said line to its inte-rsectian with. n line
parallel with ". d zlb.00 feet (measured at Tight angles) Southwesterly of the
centerline of said San N-Tateo Street; thence Northwesterly along last said
parallel line 143.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent cunTe concave Southerly

to sell said property, after making the necessary public notifications of said sale,
to the higbest bidder.
SECTIO '17ITZEE: That pursuant to said finding and determination, the City Council
shall hear and pass upon all. protests to the proposed sale in the COUTICil Chambers at
the hour of 7:00 T),-m. , November 21 , 1978.

published at least once prior to sald sale in. the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper
