A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE'
OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SALE OF
PROPERTY TO THE REDLANDS MALL .ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, various parcels of land in the Redlands Redevelopment
project are ready for sale pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan.; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has entered into a Disposition
and Development Agreement with the Redlands Mall Associates, a
Limited Partnership, Hawthorne, California, hereinafter referred to
as "Developer, " to sell them property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sale of three parcels
of land, .identified as .Disposition Parcels 1, 2, and 5, to the
Developer for a total sales price of $792, 256.00 is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sales prices, being a lesser
consideration than fair market value determined at the highest use
permitted under the Redevelopment Plan, is necessary to effectuate
the purposes of the Redevelopment Plan and the Disposition and
Development Agreement.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 18th day of January, 1977.
