A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED-
LANDS , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A GRANT DEED TO THE SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands , Cali-
fornia, having, at the Council Meeting of May 18 , 1965 , approved the
GRANT DEED to the San Bernardino County Flood Control District , of
the real property in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino ,
State of California - located at Tennessee St . and Orange Avenue
described in detail as follows ;
All that portion of the NE -4 I-, NE -L of Block 23, Por-

tion of Barton Ranch located in the County of San
Bernardino and recorded in Book 6353, Pages 579 & 580
thereof, records of the said County, State of Califor-
nia and described in whole as follows ;
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Tennessee
St . (801 wide) and Orange Ave . ( 50 ' wide) as the said
intersection is shown on Tract Map 5300 Redlands Park
Estates and recorded in Book 63 of Maps , pages 13 and
14 thereof, records of the said county. Thence west-
erly along the centerline of Orange Ave. , 90 feet .
Thence southerly along a line parallel with the cen-
terline of Tennessee St . 251 to a point on the south-
erly right of way line of Orange Ave. , said point being
the True Point of Beginning.
Thence continuing along said parallel line southerly
65 , to a point ; said point being westerly 901 distant
(measured at right angles) from the centerline of
Tennessee St . Thence southeasterly to a point on the
westerly right of way line of Tennessee St . , said
point being 1151 southerly from the centerline of
Orange Ave. measured along the westerly right of way
line of Tennessee St . , said right of way being 1101
from and parallel with the centerline of Tennessee St.
Thence northerly along said westerly right of way line
901 to the southerly right of way line of Orange Ave.
Thence westerly along the southerly right of way line
of Orange Avenue to the True Point of Beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor of the
City of Redlands is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
GRANT DEED on behalf of the City of Redlands.
