A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DECLARING THAT
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE, AND ORDER-
ING SALE OF SAID PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Redlands ordains and resolves as
fwllaws :..
SECTION NE, That the City Council of the City of Redlands here-
by finds and determines that certain real property owned by said Cit_
is no longer required for pablic use, which said property is more par-
ti culariy described as follows ,,,,
Eaker and Sores ' s Subdivision, Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10
SECTION TWO: That pursuant to said finding and determination,
the Ciry Council shall year and pass upon all protests to the pro-
posed sale in the Council Chambers at the hour of 7 :00 PaM , June 19,
1973 ;
SECTION THREE: That the City Clerk shall cause notice of this
resolution to be ptblished at least once prior to said sale in the
Rediands Daiiy Facts, a newspaper of general circulation published in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of jure, 1973 .
