A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 15E CITY OF REDLANDS DECLARING TKAT
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY 1S NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE, XD ORDER-
TNG SALE OF SAID PROPERTY
Tie City Council of the City of Redlands ordains and resolves as
follows ,,
SECTION ONE: That the City Council of the City of Redlands here-
by finds and determines that certain real property owned by said City
is no longer required for public use, which said property is more par-
ticularly described as followsi
Ruby Reservoir - Parcel It Commencing at the Southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 12 Stretch Map of Mentane; thence East 282 feet
along the South line of said Lot 1, of Block 12; thence North
151. 25 feet at right angles to said to line; thence West in a
line parallel to said South line of Lot 1, Block 12, 282 feet
to West line of said Lot i, Block 12 , thence South to place of
beginning,
Pazeel 2: That portion of Lot 1 Block 12 of ntone, as per
stretch map of Mentone, recorded in Book 8 of Maps, page 81,
records of said County, described as follows ,�
Beginning at a point on the south side of said Lot 1, 282 feet
east of the southwest corner thereof; thence North 151 . 25 feet;
thence East 144 feet; thence South 151 .25 feet to the South
line of said Lot ! I thence West 144 feet to the point of begin-

SECTION TRO ; That pursuant to said finding and determination, the
City Council shall hear and pass on all protests to the proposed sale
in the Council Chambers at the hour -of 7 :00 p.m, , january 15, 1979
SECTION THREE: Twat the City Clerk shall cause notice of this
re8olution to be published at least once prior to said sale in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation puhlished in
the City of Redlands, County of an Bernardino.
