A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED FOR PURPOSES OF SAID CITY AND THAT
SUCH PARCELS SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS HEREBY FINDS AND
DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. That the parking lots within the downtown parking
district, described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, and incorpor-
ated herein as a part of this resolution, are properties no longer
needed for public uses and purposes of the City of Redlands for
the reason that the Board of Parking Place Commissioners is dis-
solving; and
SECTION 2. That the said parking lots are lands within the
Redevelopment Plan of the City of Redlands and must be controlled
and administered by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands to carry out the objectives and purposes of said Redevel-
opment Plan; and
SECTION 3 . The City Council does hereby resolve and declare
that all right, title and interest in the real property described
on Exhibit A, attached hereto, shall be conveyed and transferred
from the City of Redlands to the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Redlands; and
SECTION 4. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized to execute and sign the deeds necessary to transfer and
convey said properties to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands .

PARKING LOT NO. 1A
Orange Grove Addition., Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block B
PARKING LOT NO. 4
That portion of Lots 10, 11., 1.2, 13 and 14, and that portion of
the alley adjoining said lots on the south, all in Block 7, Town
Plat of Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of baps, page 10,
records of said County, described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of the alley
running east and west through said Block. 7 and the westerly line
of orange Street, said: point being 10 feet west of the northeast
corner of Lot 1 of said Block 7, thence westerly along the south-
erly line of said alley 111.35 feet to the most easterly north-
east corner of the property conveyed to Bank of America National
'frust and Savings Association, a national banking association, by
deed recorded July 17, 1957 in Book 4281, page 113, Official.
Records, thence northerly along the prolongation of the most east-
erly line of said Bank of America property 7 feet to the center-
line of said alley; thence westerly along said centerline 58.65
feet to the southerly prolongation of the most northerly easterly
line of said Bank of America property; thence northerly along said
southerly prolongation and along said most northerly easterly line
of the Bank of America property 1.00. 25 feet, more or less, to the
southerly line of the property taken by the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation, by final judgment in condemnation, a certi-
fied copy of which was recorded August 31, 1938 in Book 1.292, page
402, Official Records; thence easterly along the southerly line of
,said City of Redlands property 170 feet to its intersection with
the westerly line of Orange Street, said point being 10 feet west
of the easterly line of Lot 14 in said Block 7; thence southerly
along the westerly line of Orange Street 107.25 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion of the south 1/2 of the alley herein described
lying northerly of and adjoining the westerly 8-1/2 inches of Lot
3 in said Block.

Lot 3, Flock 8, Town Plat of Redlands, in the City of Redlands as
per map recorded. in Book 5 of Maps, Page 10, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
Lot 4, Block 8, Redlands Town Plat, as per map recorded in Book 5
of maps, page= 1.0, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Lot 5, Block 8, Town Plat of Redlands, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Book 5, Page 10 of daps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said. County.
Lots 6 and 7, of Block 8, Redlands Town. Plast, as per reap recorded
in Book 5 of Maps, page 1.0, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
