SECTION OnEs That Division. 3, Chapter 30, Article 3,2' of the Redlands
Ordinance bode shall be ameaddd by adding Section 301 2 to read as fellawo
hhection: 3023.2. PEEP. Every person, firm or corporation
applying for a pormith or for renewal of a permit previously
revoked or for renewal of an expired permit under the provisions
of this erdinanos shall, at the time of makinn the application,
pay an inspection fse in accordance oft4 the following schodule

Public Eating Establishments, $20t00 par yoarJ

(Public eating plases in conjunction with markets shall net be

Public Swimming Pools iso defined in Gal/fornia Swimming
Pool Act) 325,00 per year, except thet the foe for swimming' pools
whon operated in conjuration with say" other type business re-
quiting a permit under this 3eation shall be $10.00 per year.
Only one permit shall be isoued which shall include the public
soliameng pool, florin more than one pool is operatod on the SAMO
premises, the taspestlen fee shall be $10.00 per year for each
additional pool.
Pools operated by recreation eistmilers1 pubile schools and
other public districts, Exempt.
Children's Camps and Boarding Schools,/ $)10.00 per year.
Riding Academies and Stables, 65.00 per year.
A fifty per cent penalty shall be added to each of the foregoing
for failure to make oTelication for yearly renewal nithin 30
days from the date of expiration or for failure to apply for a
permit in the ease of a new business or seasonal operation
before opening for business.
The foregoing foes shall be paid to the City freasurein who
shall doped:it said fees to the credit of the General Fund.
In the ease of a her nosiness requiring a permit under thr3
Section, fees shall be pro -rated on a quarterly basis for the
remaining part of the pormAt yosiin No fee she'll be reduced or
pro -rated to less than $5.00.
