IN ORDINANCP, AMPNDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS.
The City Council of the CiV of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Redlands Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 is hereby
mended by adding Section 21.21 to read as follows:
"Section 21.21
Front Yard
Sane as for the 'R-3District."
SECTION TWO: Realands Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 is hereby
amended by adding Section 21.22 to read as follows:
"Section 21.22
Side Yard
Sane as for the 'R-3' District."
SECTION THREE: Eediands Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 is hereby
amended by adding Section 21.23 to read as follows:
"Section 21.23
Rear Yard
Sane as for the District
except when an entirely new building
is constructed for administrative and/or
professional office uses, each lot shall
have a rear yard of not less than 10 feet.
FOUR: Section 37.00, subsection (b) of Redlands Zoning
SECTION
Ordinance No, 1000 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(b) In each block in the R-A, R-E, R-S, R-1, R-1-D, R-2 and
R-3 residential districts where fifty (50) percent, or more,
of the frontage on a side of a given street is already built
up at the time of the effective date of this Ordinance, the
average distance from the main building front to the property
line of existing buildings shall be determined to be the set-
back line, provided however, that in no case shall this dis-
tance be less than 15 feet."
SECTION FIVE: PUBLICATION: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance aid shall cause the same to be published once in
the Redlands Daily Facts, the newspaper hereby designated for that purpose.
SECTION SIX EFFECTIVE DATE: This,,ordinance shall take effect and
be in force after its passage as providecL by law.
