AGENDA ITEM NO. L
COUNCIL MEETING OF 9/17/85
REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
SUBJECT: Amended Exhibit A for Resolution No. 4103 - Annexation
No. 60-C Tax Exchange
MOTION
I move to approve the amended Exhibit A dated September 9 ,
1985 , for Resolution No. 4103 .
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended Council approve the amended Exhibit A
dated September 9 , 1985 , for Resolution No. 4103 .
DISCUSSION
At the last Council meeting, Resolution No. 4103 , a resolution
which determined the amount of property tax revenues to be
exchanged between and among the County of San Bernardino and
the City of Redlands resulting from the jurisdictional change
described by LAFC No. 2342 , Annexation No. 60-C, was approved.
Since its adoption , Mr. Walter O. Wells , County Administrative
Analyst has informed me that although the amount of tax to
be transferred to the City was correct, the calculations
arriving at that amount were incorrect. Therefore , an
amended Exhibit A needs to be approved by the City Council.
A copy of the amended Exhibit A is attached as well as a
copy of Resolution No. 4103 .
