AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No, 921 ENTITLED "SUB-
DIVISION ORDINANCE OF CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA"
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 4 (d) 8 of Ordinance No, 921 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
8. All trees shall be planted by the City
Park Department in locations selected
by said Department and the reasonable
cost of the trees, and planting thereof,
shall be paid by the subdivider,
SECTION TWOS The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, the newspaper hereby designated for
that. purpose,

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
was duly adopted by the City Council of the
City of Redlands, at a regular meeting thereof

Martinez and Mayor Wilson
Noes: None
Absent: None
