AN UADINANC OF INTSNTIOW TO CLQ A PORTION OF CLIFF AVENUE.
The City Council or the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows:
6ECTION ONE: The City Council of the City or Redlands
hereby elects to proceed under tc provisions of Division 9, ?art
30 Chapter 2 of the 8treets and Highways Code of the State of Cali—
fornia and to vacate a part of a street in the manner provided
therein.
S>ION TWO; This City Council does hereby declare that
it is the intention of this City Council to order the vacation of
a portion of Cliff Avenue, described az follows:
Any portion of Cliff Avenue as shown on Map No. 10
of Redlands Height9., es per plat recorded in Book 9
of Maps, Page 17, from its point of intersection
with the centerline of proposed street between Blocks
57 and 58 as shown on said Map No, 10 of Redlands
Heights, Westerly to the end. of Sunset Drive at the
;3outherly terminus of Serpentine ,Drive, saving and
excepting therefrom any portion of said Cliff avenue
lying within Sunset Drive as shown on the map of
Tract N.0* 4366 as per plat recorded in Book
Page of Maps, Records of San Bernardino
County.
THREO: The City Council hereby determines that
the vacation of the portion of the city street, namely, Cliff
&venue, described herein, is required by public interests con—
venience, safety and. welfare.
CTION EMI A map setting out the particulars of the
proposed street vacation shall be on file in the office of the
City Clerk and available for inspection by interested. persona.
OZOTION FIVE: The Oity Council hereby fixes the time and
date and place of Public Hearing of all matteru concerning the
above —described proposed street closing., and the tim at which any
person or agent should - present any objection to the aforesaid street
