HomeMy WebLinkAbout2313_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2313 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963 - 1964 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLD AS FOLLOWS SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in the city of Redlands, California, except those portions included in Annexations Nos, 4, 5: 6, 71 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16, so called, for the fiscal year 1963 - 1964 a property tax of One Dollar and Eighty-five- cents (1,85) on each One Hundred Dollars (3100.00) of the assessed value of such property apportioned as follows: Eighty-four and one-half Cents ( 0845 for the General Fund Forty-two Cents ( 04.2 for Park and Recreation Fund Twenty-five Cents ,25 for the Library Fund Twenty-nine Cents ,29 for the Retirement Fund Four and one-half Cents ( 0045 for the Redemption and Interest of Redlands City Water Bonds SECTION TWO: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in those portions of the City of Redlands, California, known as Annexations Nos, 4, 5, 69 79 99 11, 12, 139 15 and 16, part or portion thereof, for said fiscal year 1963 - 19649 a property tax of One Dollar and Eighty and one-half Cents (1.805) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100000) of the assessed value of such property apportioned as follows: Eighty-four and one-half Cents $ ,845 for the GEner al Fund Forty-two Cents ,42 for the Park and Recreation Fund Twenty-five Cents 025 for the Library Fund Twenty-nine Cents ( ,29 for the Retirement Fund SECTION THREE: It is hereby found and declared and determined that this Resolution is urgently required for the peace, health and safety in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purpose aforesaid, and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the expenses of said City, and this Resolution will take effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval, SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, ATTEST: ___'IZ4� ��- City GIhrk j s/ Charles C.
