A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'-['Y- OF RED?:,ANDS FIXING THE

YEAR 1910 -- 1971
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REIDL 1NI)S DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: There is hereb levied upon x,11 taxable property in
the City of Redlands, Californiafor the fiscal year 1970-71. W property
tax of Two Dollars and Seven. and One-half: Cents ($2.075) on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100 .00) of the assessed value of such property appor-
tioned as follows:
Ninety-four cents ) $ . 9400 for General fund
Forty-one and one-half cents ) $ . 150 for. Park Fund
Eight cents ) $ .03800 far Recreation Fund
Twenty-eight cents } $ . 2800 for IA.brary fund
Thirty-six cents ) $ . 3600 for Retirement Fund
SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined that
this Resolution is urgently required for the peace, health and safety
in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purposc aforesaid,
and without which there will be no revenue or funds to 3ef;ray the
expenses of said City, and this Resolution will take effect and be in
force a.rrmedia-ely after its passage and approval .
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall, certify to the passage of
this Resolution and shall cause same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily facts .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this l8th day of Twgust, 1970.
