A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE
RATE AND LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1973 - 1.974
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property
in the City of Redlands, California, for the fiscal year 1973-74 a
property tax of Two Dollars and Twenty and One-half cents (S2.205)
an each One Hundred Dollars 0100.00) of the assessed value of such
property apportioned as follows:
Ninety-8ix cents $ .9600 for General and
Forty-four and ooe-half cents $ A450 for Park Fund
Eight cents $ MOO for Recreation Fund
Twenty-eight and one-half cents) $ MY for Library and
Thirty-eight and one-half cents) $ J850 for Retirement Fund
Five cents $ 0500 for Sewer Fund
SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined that
this Resolution is urgently required for the pence, health and safety
in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purpose aforesaid,
and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the
e%wenses of naid City, and this Resolution will take effect and be in
force immediately arter its passnge and approval,
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
thii Resolution and shall cause some to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of August, 1973.
