A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE
RATE --'AND LE LAYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR T.THE FISCAL
YEAR 1974 - 1975
THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in
the City of Redlands, California for the fiscal year 1974-75 a property
tax of Two Dollars and Tl.�enty-two and One-half Cents ($2 . 225) on each
One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of such property
apportioned as
Ninety-six cents $ . 9600 for General Fund
Forty—four and one-half cents $ .4450 for Park Fund
Eight cents $ .0800 for Recreation Fund
Tv,enty-eight and one half cents $ . 2850 for Library Fund
Forty and one-half cents $ .4050 for Retirement Fund
Five cents $ .0500 for Sewer Fund
SECTION T�10 - It is hereby found and declared and determined that
this Resolution is urgently required for the Peace, health and safety
in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purpose aforesaid,
and without which there will be no revenue or funds to defray the
expenses of said City and this Resolution will take effect and be in
force immediately after its passage and approval .
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Resolution and shall cause same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts .
ADOPTED SIGNED AND APPROVED this 14th day of August, 1974.
