A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE
RATE AND LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1975 - 1976
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS :
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property
in the City of Redlands, California for the fiscal year 1975-76 a
property tax of Two Dollars and Forty-four and One-half Cents
($2.445) on each one Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed value
of such property apportioned as follows :
Ninety-six cents ) $ .9600 for General Fund
Forty-four and one-half cents ) $ .4450 for Park Fund
Eight cents ) $ .0800 for Recreation Fund
Twenty-eight and one-half cents ) $ .2850 for Library Fund
Sixty-two and one-half cents ) $ .6250 for Retirement Fund
Five cents ) $ .0500 for Sewer Fund
SECTION TWO : It is hereby found and declared and determined
that this Resolution is urgently required for the peace, health and
safety in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purpose
aforesaid, and without which there will be no revenue or funds to
defray the expenses of said City, and this Resolution will take
effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval.
SECTION THREE. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Resolution and shall cause same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of August, 1975.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of August,
1975, by the following vote:
AYES : Councilwoman Grace, Vice Mayor Miller
NOES : Councilman DeMirjyn
ABSENT: Mayor Cummings, Councilman Knudsen
