CF REDLANDS, DESIGNATING A CERTAIN STRUT AS A BOULEVARD AND REQUIRING TT -AT ALL VEHICIES HAIL BE STOPPED BEARE ENTERING QR CRCESING SAID BOWE- VARD, AND CREATING A CERTAIN INTERSECTION AS A 'STOP' INTERSECTION. The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordainas follows: SECTION ONE: That the following street is hereby declared to constitute a boulevard within the meaning of the California Vehicle Act and that all vehicle traffic shall be stopped before entering or crossing said.bodlevard and street. JUDSON STREET at its intersection with Sylvan Boulevard, and all vehicle traffic entering the intersection in a westerly direction on Sylvan Boulevard, and entering the intersection from an easterly direction from Sylvan Boulevard, shall stop before doing so. SECTION TWO: The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to erect and main- tain a. 'STOP, sign conforming to the requirements of the California Vehicle Act, and when such a sign is erected, every driver of a vehicle shall stop his vehicle accordingly. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval as provided by law. Any person violating this ordi- nance shall be guilty of :a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not exceeding $25.00 or 5 days in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi- nanea_and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, the newspaper hereby designated for that purpose and published and circulated in the City of Redlands. the City of Red alifornia ATT&T:
