AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING
THE UNSECURED PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX FOR THE YEAR 1956 ONLY.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE. There is hereby levied upon all taxable._ unsecdr.ed •
personal property in the City of Redlands, California., for the year
1956 only a property tax of One Dollar and Thirty -Five Cents (41.35)
on each One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) of the assessed valuation of
such property apportioned as follows:
Seventy-eight Cents
Twenty-three Cents
Twenty-four Cents
Nine Cents

for the Library Fund
for. the Retirement Fund
for the Redemption & Interest of
Redlands City Water Bonds
4-SECTION TWO. It is hereby found and determined and declared that
this ordinance is urgently required for the peace, health and safety

to defray the expenses of said City, and this ordinance will take
effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval.
SECTION THREE. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts.
