A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING FIVE DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER
OF CITY-OWNED LAND TO THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Redlands , California, having, at the Council meeting of
October 19 , 1965 approved the five documents attached
hereto as Exhibits A, 13P C, D and E, for the transfer of
city-owned land, which has been under lease to the
Lockheed Company, to the San Bernardino County Flood
Control District ;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Redlands.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of
November, 1965.
