A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING AVAILABILITY OF WATER AND/OR SEWER
CONNECTIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1996
WHEREAS, Proposition "R," as amended by Measure "N," provides that water and sewer
service allocations and/or connections be made to no more than 150 residential dwelling units
outside the City's corporate boundaries in any one calendar year; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 13.60 of the Redlands Municipal Code establishes a process for
allocating the availability of water and/or sewer connections among various residential development
projects proposed within the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 13.60 further provides that the number of available water and/or sewer
connections for major and minor residential projects shall be established each year by resolution
of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1 Pursuant to Chapter 13.60 of the Redlands Municipal Code, water and/or
sewer connections for minor projects (as defined in Chapter 13.60) shall be distributed on a first-
come, first-served basis to no more than twenty-five dwelling units in 1996.
Section 2 Pursuant to Chapter 13.60 of the Redlands Municipal Code, availability for
water and/or sewer connections for major projects (as defined in Chapter 13.60) shall be made to
no more than one hundred twenty-five dwelling units in 1996.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of January, 1996.
