A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS APPROVING ITS REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONCERNING
THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED NORTH REDLANDS
REVITALIZATON PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF SAID
REPORT AND THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands (the "Agency") is a
Redevelopment Agency organized and existing under the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq.; herein, the "CCRL"); and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands (the "City Council"), by its Resolution
No. 6612 adopted on June 5, 2007,among other actions,adopted a"Redevelopment Survey Area,"
and directed Agency staff and advisors to formulate a preliminary plan (the "Preliminary Plan") in
connection with the preparation of a Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") for the proposed North
Redlands Revitalization Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands Planning Commission, by its Resolution No. 1146,adopted
on September 25, 2007, selected and designated the boundaries of the territory proposed to be
included in the Project(the"Revitalization Area"), and approved the Preliminary Plan and submitted
said Preliminary Plan to the Agency, and
WHEREAS, the Agency, by its Resolution No. 411, adopted on October 16, 2007, among
other actions accepted the Preliminary Plan as formulated by the Planning Commission and
approved the Planning Commission's proposed Revitalization Area boundaries; and
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 1159, adopted on April 22, 2008, the Planning
Commission approved and forwarded to the City Council its report and findings that the Plan
conforms to the Citys General Plan and also recommended approval and adoption of the Plan to
the Agency and City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has caused to be prepared and has reviewed its Report to the City
Council (the"Report to Council")on the Plan in accordance with the requirements of CCRL Section
and 33352; and
WHEREAS, the Report to Council and other materials contained in the official evidentiary
record (the "Record") prepared for the Project have been previously submitted to and reviewed by
the members of the governing board of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are a substantive part of this
resolution.
Section 2. The Plan, inclusive of the Agency's Report to Council, is on file at Agency offices
located at 210 East Citrus Avenue, Redlands, CA 92373-1505, and has been available for public
inspection not less than seven (7) days prior to the noticed joint public hearing on the Plan, and is
incorporated herein by this reference.

Section 3. The Agency hereby approves the Report to Council and authorizes and directs
the Executive Director of the Agency to transmit the Record, inclusive of the Plan and the Agency's
Report to Council, to the City Council.
Section 4. The Agency Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution
and it shall thereupon take immediate effect and be in force.
