[ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO PROSPECT PARK PROJECT NO. 36-0010
STATE BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL AND HISTORICAL FACILITIES
BOND ACT OF 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3128 authorizing application and/or
agreeing to the terms of the project agreement for the subject
project was adopted on July 2, 1974; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3246 amending the project agreement
was adopted on April 6, 1976; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend the project agreement further,
as follows :
Add "Irrigation of an 11-acre citrus preserve"
Delete "A Shakespeare Center"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amendment to the project
agreement between the State and the City of Redlands is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
sign said agreement.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 30th September, 1976.
