A RESOLUTION" OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO PROSPECT PARK PROJECT NO. 36-0010
S'T'ATE BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL AND HISTORICAL FACILITIES
BOND ACT OF 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3128 authorizing application and/or
agreeing to the terms of the project agreement for the subject
project was adopted on July 2, 1374; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend the project agreement as fol-
lows :
Delete "Irrigation of an 11-acre citrus preserve"
Add "A restroom"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amendment to the
project agreement between the State and the City of Redlands is
approved.
BE IT FUR'T'HER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
sign said agreement.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of April, 1976.
