RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
AND DELIVERY BY THE CITY OF AN AGENCY
AGREEMENT WITH REDLANDS PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENT CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council ("this City Council" ) of the
City of Redlands (the "City" ) has heretofore taken action to
authorize the financing of certain improvements to the City' s
sewer treatment facilities and sewer collection and transmission
lines (the "Project") through the issuance and sale of Certifi-
cates of Participation and has approved and authorized execution
of certain agreements and documents in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this meeting a pro-
posed form of Agency Agreement to be entered into between the
City and Redlands Public Improvement Corporation, a non-profit
California corporation, which, among other things , appoints the
City as Agent of Redlands Public Improvement Corporation for the
purpose of acquisition and construction of the Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS :
1. The agreement entitled "Agency Agreement" to be entered
into between the City of Redlands and Redlands Public Improvement
Corporation is hereby approved in the form submitted to this
meeting and the Mayor, or any Council member, and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute, acknowledge and deliver said
Agreement on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1987.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
No. 4219 was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Redlands, California, at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 3rd day of February, 1987 , by the
following vote of the City Council :
AYES : Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Wormser; Mayor Pro Tem Larsen
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilmember Johnson; Mayor Beswick
ABSTAINED: None
and that said resolution has not been amended, superseded or
repealed, and is in full force and effect.

affixed the official seal of the City of Redlands , California,
this 3rd day of February 1987 .
