This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for Engineering services
related to the Tate Water Treatment Plant Raw Water Influent Pipeline Replacement Project dated
April 19, 2022 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City"), and Carollo Engineers, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 1st day of October, 2024.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the contract term by twelve (12) months to October 18, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1, Section 4.2 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement, entitled
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of forty-two (42) months
commencing as of the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier as provided herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of October 1, 2024,
