A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACA'T'E A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RE ELANDS
THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands, hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 1,
Chapter 2, of the Government Code of the State of California and to
vacate a certain easement in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO : The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of a certain public service easement described as
follows :
Easement for sanitary sewers, storm drains, pipelines, tele-
graphic lines, telephone lines, and railroad lines as reserved
by the City of Redlands in Resolution No. 3332, which vacated
Nest Avenue, a certified copy of which was recorded March 18,
1977, in Book 9137, Paige 964, thereof, Official Records of San
Bernardino County.
SECTION 'T'HREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of a certain, public service easement described herein is not
detrimental to public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed ease-
ment vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department of Public
Works and available for inspection by persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fres the time and date and
place of Public Hearing on the easement vacation at 7 :00 P.M. on the
7th day of June, 1977, in the regular meeting place of the City Council.,
Redlands, California .
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this resolu-
tion shall be published in. the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands,
California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of May, 1.977.
