RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ESCROW
INSTRUCTIONS BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND
DONALD AND SHERY OTIS.
WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan for a
redevelopment project known as the Redlands Redevelopment Project Area (the"Project
Area"), for the development of certain real property, the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Redlands (the "Agency") proposes to execute Escrow Instructions (the
"Instructions") providing for the sale of certain real property (the "Site") owned by the
Agency, within the City of Redlands, the location of which is more particularly described
in the Instructions;
WHEREAS, the Agency has determined that the renovation of the Site by Redeveloper is
consistent with, and in furtherance of the Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area; and,
WHEREAS, the Agency has received and duly considered testimony presented at public
hearing:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Agency hereby approves of the Instructions by and between the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands and the Buyers; which Instructions shall
be substantially the same form as that attached to this Resolution and incorporated herein
by reference, with such non-material changes and revisions, if any, as shall be
recommended by Agency Counsel and approved by the Executive Director.
Section 2. The Agency hereby finds (i) that the environmental impacts of the sale and
development of the Site in accordance with the Instructions have been fully analyzed by
the programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the Redevelopment Plan which was
certified by the Agency on July 17, 1984; (ii) no subsequent or supplemental EIR is
necessary or required; and (iii) the proposed disposition of the site will have no
significant effect on the environment not covered by such previous EIR.
Section 3. The Agency hereby authorizes and directs the Chairman, Executive
Director and Secretary of the Agency to execute the Instructions and the Executive
Director to delivers same.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption.

I, Beatrice Sanchez, Acting Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of May, 1993,
by the following vote:

ABSENT: Member Larson
