RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AMOUNT OF BASE RENTAL
PAYABLE BY THE CITY UNDER THE LEASE
AGREEMENT{ DATED AS OF MAY 1, 1974
AND AMENDED AS OF MAY 15, 1975
WHEREAS, by ordinance adopted June 19, 1975, this City
Council has heretofore approved an amendment to that certain Lease
Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974, provided that the amount of
rental payable by the City thereunder shall not exceed $740,0007
and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands
has adopted its resolution fixing the amount of Base Rental payable
under Section 4 (b) of said Lease Agreement at $577,800 per annum,
payable semiannually;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redlands DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. This Council hereby concurs with the deter-
mination of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands and
approves the amount of Base Rental set forth in the recitals hereof,
to be inserted in Section 4 (b) of said Lease Agreement.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of August, 1975 .
