RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, .APPROVING
AMOUNT OF BASE RENTAL PAYABLE BY THE
CITY UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT DATED AS
OF MAY 1, 1974.
WHEREAS, by ordinance adopted on April 23 , 1974,
this Council has heretofore approved that certain Lease
Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974, provided that the
amount of rental payable by the City thereunder shall
not exceed $230, 800; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands has adopted its resolution fixing the amount of
Base Rental payable under Section 4 (b) of said Lease
Agreement at $ 226,300 per annum, payable semiannually;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of
Redlands DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. This Council hereby concurs with
the determination of the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Redlands and approves the amount of Base Rental set
forth in the recitals hereof, to be inserted in Section
4 (b) of said Lease Agreement.
