RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
IMPLEMENTING CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND
SAFETY CODE SECTIONS ON BOARDMEMBER
EXPENSES AND COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, Section 33114 of the California Health and
Safety Code provides that Agency Boardmembers shall receive their
actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their
duties , and may receive such other compensation as the legislative
body of the agency prescribes ; and
WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code Section
33114 . 5 provides that this compensation shall not exceed $30 . 00
per Boardmember for each meeting of the Agency attended by the
Boardmember, and that no Boardmember can receive compensation
for attending more than four meetings of the Agency during any
calendar month , and that Boardmembers shall receive their
actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their
duties ;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands does hereby resolve and declare as follows:
SECTION ONE: Agency Boardmembers shall receive $30 . 00
for each meeting of the Agency attended by the Boardmember .
SECTION TWO: No Boardmember shall receive
compensation for attending more than four meetings of the Agency
during any calendar month.
SECTION THREE: Boardmembers shall continue to receive
their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of
their duties.
SECTION FOUR: This resolution shall take effect upon
its adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 18th day of
February, 1986 .
