A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, CON-
CERNING THE REDLANDS MALL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE
FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in implementing the Redlands Nall
Redevelopment Project; and.
WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as
amended, requires the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report
for all projects the City intends to implement or approve which may
have a significant effect on the environment; and
WHEREAS, a Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared
for said Redevelopment Project,-
NOW,
roject;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby certifies
that the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Redlands stall
Redevelopment Project has been completed in compliance with the
California Environmental Quality Act, the State Resources Agency
guidelines and City procedures, and that the City has reviewed
and considered the information contained in the Final Environmental.
Impact Report; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Redlands Mall Redevelopment
Project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and
that the project is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of June, 1974.
