A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION FOR THE JOINT
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AMENDMENT,AND CERTIFICATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORT, FOR THE PROPOSED REDLANDS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT,
AMENDMENT NO. 4
WHEREAS,the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands(the"Agency")has initiated
proceedings to adopt the proposed Redlands Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 4 (the
"Amendment"); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sections 33451 and 33454 of the Community
Redevelopment Law (the "CRL") requires that the Agency and Redlands City Council hold a joint
public hearing on the proposed Amendment; and
WHEREAS, Section 33452 of the CRL requires that a notice of said public hearing be
published in a newspaper of general circulation for three consecutive weeks and be mailed to each
property owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agency hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. The Agency hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council
on the proposed Redevelopment Project,Amendment No.4,and the Environmental Impact Report
prepared in connection therewith at the following time and place:
Date: September 16, 2003
Time: 3:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter
Place: Redlands City Council Chambers, 35 Cajon Street, Redlands,
California, 92373
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Agency, in cooperation with the City Clerk, is authorized
and directed to give notice of such public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of July, 2003.

thereof held on the 15th day of July, 2003, by the following vote:
