A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AWARDING THE
SALE OF ITS 1985 TAX ALLOCATION AND
REFUNDING BONDS
WHEREAS , the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Redlands (the "Agency„) , authorized the issuance of $14 , 245 , 000
principal amount of its Redlands Redevelopment Project 1985
Tax Allocation and Refunding Bonds (the "Bonds") to finance a
portion of the cost of a redevelopment project of the Agency
known as the Redlands Redevelopment Project pursuant to Reso-
lution No . 173 ; and
WHEREAS , the Agency authorized the sale of the
Bonds by Resolution No. 174 , including the publication of
a notice inviting bids on the Bonds , which bids were to be
received and considered by the Agency on May 7 , 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands , as follows :
SECTION 1. Award of Bonds . In accordance with
provisions of Resolution No. 174 , the Agency has caused all
bids for the Bonds to be received , opened and presented to
it in the manner set forth in Resolution No. 174 and based
on an examination of said bids , hereby accepts the bid of
.Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, for the purchase of the Bonds
in accordance with the terms and provisions of said bid and
awards the sale of the Bonds to said bidder.
SECTION 2 . Effective Date . This Resolution shall
take effect upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May ,
1985 .

Agency of the City of Redlands , California , do hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the members of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands , California, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 7th day of May, 1985 , by the following
vote of the members :
