RESOLUTION NO. 3231
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING
THE REDLANDS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT FOR SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in implementing the Redlands Redevelop-
ment Project; and
WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended,
requires the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for all
projects the City intends to implement or approve which may have a
significant effect on the environment; and
WHEREAS, a Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for
said Redevelopment Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby certifies that
the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Redlands Redevelopment
Project has been completed in compliance with the California Environ-
mental Quality Act, the State Resources Agency guidelines and City
procedures, and that the City has reviewed and considered the inform-
ation contained in the Final Environmental Impact Report; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Redlands Redevelopment Project will
not have a significant effect on the environment, and that the project
is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of January 19-16.
