This third amendment ("Third Amendment") to the agreement for Engineering services
related to the California Street and Redlands Boulevard Intersection Widening Project dated
November 1, 2022 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City"), and CASC Engineering and Consulting, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), is
made and entered into this 17th day of December 2024.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically amending Article 4.2 of the Agreement to extend the date for termination of the
Services to December 31, 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services" is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2025, unless the Services are
terminated earlier as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement and second amendment shall remain
unchanged by this Third Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Third Amendment, to be
effective as of December I7, 2024.
