A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RELATING
TO RENOVATION PLANS FOR CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 168 EUREKA
STREET
WHEREAS,at its regular meeting of May 9, 1995,the City Council discussed the renovation
of City-owned property located at 168 Eureka Street to accommodate future use by the Redlands
Community Music Association and the City's citizens in connection with activities occurring at the
Redlands Bowl; and
WHEREAS, since the date of that meeting, City representatives, representatives of the
Redlands Community Music Association and other interested persons have engaged in discussions
regarding the proposed renovation of 168 Eureka Street and possible funding sources; and
WHEREAS,this City Council wishes to express its intention to continue its pursuit of plans
and funding for the renovation of 168 Eureka Street;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby formally declares its intention to continue
exploration of plans and funding sources for the renovation of 168 Eureka Street for the following
year.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1 st day of July, 1997.
