A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3836
TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR
WHEREAS, on July 20 , 1982 , the City Council of the
City of Redlands adopted Resolution No . 3836 approving the
recommendation of the Redlands Planning Commission as set
forth in R. P.C. Resolution No. 566; and
WHEREAS, R.P.C. Resolution No . 566 of the Redlands
Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval
of Amendment No . 27-B to the General Plan of the City of Red-
lands, to become effective upon final adoption of a Specific
Plan for the subject area by Ordinance of the City of Redlands ;
and
WHEREAS, the effective date of General Plan Amendment
No . 27-B as recommended by the Redlands Planning Commission was
inadvertently omitted from the text of City Council Resolution
No. 3836, which approved the recommendation of the Redlands Plan-
ning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Redlands that Resolution No. 3836 is hereby amended
by the revision of Paragraph "H" thereof to add a phrase inad-
vertently omitted from the original text of the Resolution, as
follows:
H. Change the land use designation from Urban
Reserve and Low Density Residential to Medium
Density Residential and Urban Services for ap-
proximately 50 acres of property located on the
north side of Lugon_ia Avenue, east of the pro-
posed Route 30 Freeway, effective upon final
adoption of a Specific Plan for the subject
area by Ordinance of the City of. Redlands. "
