AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4170 TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1986
Resolution No. 4170 approving , this City Council adopted

WHEREAS, R. P.C. Resolution No. 693 of the Redlands Planning
Commission recommended to the Cit
No. 35--8 to the General Plan of the Council approval of Amendment

area by Ordinance of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, the effective date of General Plan Amendment No. 35—g
as recommended by the Redlands Planning
inadvertently omitted from the text of City Counil Resolution waCommission s

which approved the recommendation of the Redlands Planning

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit
of Redlands that Resolution No. 4170 is Y Council of the City
addition of a final paragraph i.nadvertentlyeby Omittedndy the text of the Resolution, as follows: from the
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said amendment
shall become effective upon final adoption of
a Specific Plan for the subject area by
Ordinance of the City of Redlands. "
