RESOLUTION NO. 6469
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING A
REVERSION TO ACREAGE FOR TRACT MAP NO. 17920
WHEREAS, proceedings have been initiated by petition of the owners of record of the
following properties to revert subdivided property to acreage: Assessor's Parcel
Nos. 0175-091-32, 33 and 34.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redlands has determined that Tract Map
No. 1792.0 meets with all the requirements of the State's Subdvision Map Act and Title 17 of the
Redlands Municipal code; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held by the City Council of the City
of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. By this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby approves

(a) Dedication or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned by the
reversion to acreage are unnecessary for present or prospective public
purposes; and
(b) All owners of an interest in the real property within the subdivision have
consented to the reversion.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to transmit final
Tract Map No. 17920, with a certified copy of this resolution, to the San Bernardino County
Recorder's office for recordation in the official records of the County of San Bernardino.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of February, 2006.
