A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATE
PERTAINING TO THE HIGH. PRIORITY TOPICS PROJECT T-3064 (2)
FOR IMPROVING THE INTERSECTIONS OF CYPRESS AVENUE AND
REDLANDS BOULEVARD, CITRUS AVENUE AND REDLANDS BOULEVARD
AND CITRUS AVENUE AND ORANGE STREET,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
a Right-of-Way Certificate pertaining to the high priority
TOPICS Project T-3064 (2) for improving the intersections
of Cypress Avenue and Redlands Boulevard, Orange Street. and
Citrus Avenue, and Citrus Avenue and Redlands Boulevard, a
copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and
referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set
forth at length herein..
ADOP'T'ED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of December,
1979 .

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adapted
by the City Council of the City of Redlands at a regularmeet-
ing thereof held on the 5th day of December, 1972, by

RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION
The City of Redlands hereby certifies in connection with
the right-of-way for Project T-3064 (2) that:
All necessary rights-of-way have been acquired including
legal and physical possession.
1. STATUS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION.
a. Total number of parcels required - 0.
b. Parcels acquired outright - 0.
2. STATUS OF AFFECTED RAILROAD FACILITIES - None
3. DESIGNATED MATERIALS SITES None
4. DESIGNATED DISPOSAL AREAS None
5. STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATIONS,
A request has been sent to the following utility companies
to relocate their facilities in conflict with the proposed
work.
a. Southern California Edison Company
b. Southern California Gas Company
C . General Telephone Company
d. City of Redlands Water Department.
It is anticipated that all facilities in conflict with the
proposed work will be relocated prior to beginning construction.

6. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS - None.
7. UNAUTHORIZED ENCROACHMENTS - None.
S. COMPLIANCE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE AND PAYMENTS
PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL AND STATE LAW -
Provisions of IM-80-1-68 (1) , (2) , and (3) relating to
assistance for displaced families and business are not
applicable to this project since no families or businesses
are being displaced. Also, for the above reason no 90
day notices are required,
The City of Redlands agrees to hold the State of California
harmless from any liability which may result in the event the
right-of-way is not clear as certified. If the State is named
in a damage suit, as a result of the right-of-way not being
clear as certified, the City of Redlands agrees that, at the
request of the State, it will assume full responsibility for
the conduct of the defense or provide such assistance as the
State may require and will pay judgements issued against the
State and all costs in connection with the defense.
