HomeMy WebLinkAbout3633_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO, 3633 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATE PERTAINING TO AN FAU PROJECT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF ALABAMA STREET AND REDLANDS BOULEVARD AND AT BROCKTON AVENUE AND ORANGE STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS : WHEREBY, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a right-of-way certificate per- taining to an FAU project for the installation of traffic signals at the intersections of Alabama Street and Redlands Boulevard and at Brockton A-venue and Orange Street, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" , and referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein.
