RESOLUTION CONCERNTNG GRANTS BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS OF RIGHTS OF WAY TO
REBLANDS PLAZA COMPANY,
The City Council of the City of Redlands , California, does hereby
authorize the gi.mise , release , and quitclaim by Grant Deed to Redlands Plaza
Company of certain real property in the City of Redlands , County of San
Bernardino, State of California, to wit, rights of way, described as
follows :
Deed for right of way over, in and through Lot two ( 2) in
and of Block "E" of the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands ,
as the same is recorded in the office of the Recorder of said
County of San Bernardino, for a Storm Water Ditch, to be
constructed for said City of Redlands , the center line of
said right of way to be the center line of said ditch, as
shown by a red line on map of proposed Storm Water Ditch,
on file in the office of the Clerk of said City of Redlands ;
Said ditch to be constructed on the line of the "Little
Reservoir Canon Arroyo, " and to be ten (10) feet in width,
inside measurement , as per plat recorded in Book 165 , Page
116 of Deeds , records of said County.
Deed for right of way over, in and through the northeast
six (6) acres of Lot seven (7) in Block "Ell of the Second
Preliminary Map of Redlands , as the same is recorded in the
office of the Recorder of said County of San Bernardino,
ten (10) feet in. width for a Storm Water Ditch to be con—
structed for said City of Redlands , the center line of
said right of way to be the center line of said ditch, as
shown by a red line on map of proposed Storm Water Ditch,
on file in the office of the Clerk of said City of Redlands , . ,
said ditch to be constructed on the line of the "Little
Reservoir Canon Arroyo" , as per plat recorded in Book 160,
Page 385 of Deeds , records of said County.
Deed for right of way over, in and through the southwest
four (4) acres of lot seven (7) in Block "Ell of the Second
Preliminary Map of Redlands , as the same is recorded in the
office of the Recorder of said County of San Bernardino,
for a Storm Water Ditch to be constructed for said City of
Redlands , the center line of said right of way to be the
center line of said ditch, as shown by a red line on map

Clerk of said City of Redlands ; said ditch to be constructed
on the line of the "Little Reservoir Canon Arroyo" and to
be ten (10) feet in width, inside measurement, as per plat
recorded in Book 165 , Page 115 of Deeds , records of said
County.
The City Council hereby finds and determines that the above—
described rights of way are no longer required for storm water ditch
purposes ; that they should be abandoned; and that the City of Redlands is
disposing of said property for the common benefit ,
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor of the City of Redlands
is hereby authorized , empowered and directed to execute said Grant Deed on
behalf of the City of Redlands ,
