A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING
THE FIRST STATE TRANSIT COST DISTRIBUTION PLAN FOR SENATE BILL 325
FUNDS AS DEVELOPED BY THE SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG)
have been preparing a short range transit system, including initial
stage implementation steps, and
WHEREAS, the member local governments of SANBAG, including the
City of Redlands, have been actively assisting in this effort, and
WHEREAS, the SANBAG Executive Board on July 3, 1974, approved
a First Stage Transit Cost Distribution Plan for the cooperative
expenditure of SB 325 monies, asking also that each City formally
ratify the Cost Distribution Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to indicate its concur-
rence with said cooperative decision,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1 . That the First Stage Transit Cost Distribution Plan as
approved by the SANBAG Executive Board of July 3, 1974,
is hereby approved by the City of Redlands, such approval
being in concept only and not actually appropriating
funds at this time; however, indicating a concurrence
with spending at such general level in accordance with a
finally adopted implementation schedule.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the
SANBAG Executive Board.

July 16, 1974.
