A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING OMNITRANS TO FILE AN AMENDED ARTICLE 4 CLAIM
WITH SCAG FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands has filed an Article 4 claim
with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) in
the amount of $195, 534 . 00 for transportation services operated by
OMNITRANS within the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands has approved an increase in
Dial-A-Ride services operated by OMNITRANS within the City of
Redlands, said increase to cost an additional $8 , 502 . 00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands hereby authorizes OMNITRANS to file an amended
Article 4 claim with SCAG increasing the amount of the claim by
$8 , 502. 00; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Redlands is hereby authorized to file an amended Article 8 claim
with SCAG decreasing the amount of the claim by $8 , 502 . 00 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of September, 1980 .
