A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERN-
MENTS (SCAG) TO ALLOCATE SB-325 FUNDS TO OMNITRANS FOR
TRANSIT SERVICES .
WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services in the
City of Redlands,
WHEREAS , the City of Redlands ' share of the cost of the system
as reflected in the Budget for the bus routes and services for the
current fiscal year 1976-77 have been determined to be $151, 439.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Redlands authorizes the Southern California Association of Govern-
ments (SCAG) to assign that amount of the City of Redlands ' allocation
of SB-325 Funds for the 1976-77 Fiscal Year to OMNITRANS for public
transit services within the City of Redlands,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the assignment of
the funds to OMNITRANS makes OMNITRANS fully responsible and account-
able for such funds.
