A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FORMALLY
ACCEPTING THE BUILDING KNOWN AS "SAFETY HALL" AND DECLARING THE
DATE ON WHICH PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS ON CITY OF REDLANDS CERTIFICATES
IS ELECTED TO BEGIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands entered
into an agreement with the Board of Administration of the State
Employees ' Retirement System for financing construction of a City
building as provided in Resolution No. 2194 of the City Council
of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides for formal acceptance
of City building by the City Council of the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides for election of a date
by the City Council of the City of Redlands on which principal pay-
ments on said certificates shall begin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands, as follows:
1. That the City building constructed and financed under the
terms of Resolution No. 2194 and known as Safety Hall is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Redlands .
2. That the date on which principal payments on City of Red-
lands Certificates, Issue 1962, shall begin is July 1, 1964.
