Dear Mr. Young,
The City of Redlands formally requests that the agreement to provide municipal advisory services between
the City and KNN Public Finance, LLC, that was entered into on April 201h, 2021, be extended for the
second of two additional one-year terms pursuant to Section 4.1 of the agreement.
The Extended Term shall run from 04/20/25 to 04/19/26. The City and KNN Public Finance, LLC, enter
this extension pursuant to the same terms and conditions previously agreed to.
