A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLA.^IDS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.7061 RELATING TO THE CITY`S
SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES(AMENDMENT NO.3)
WHEREAS,the City Council is authorized and directed under Ordinance No.1089 to prepare,install,revise and maintain a position classification
and compensation plan covering all positions in the competitive service;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has adapted Resolution No.7061 which establishes a salary schedule and compensation plan for City Employees;and
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the City Council to amend Resolution No.7061 to change the classifications as listed below;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby amends Resolution No.7061 as follows:
