HomeMy WebLinkAbout3458_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTTON NO. 3458 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 3377 , 3396, 3418 , 3427 , 3430 AND 3441 WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under Ordinance No . 1089 to prepare, install , revise and maintain a position classification plan and compensation plan covering all positions in the competitive service . IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS : THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees yees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions No. 3377 , 3396 , 3418 , 3427 , 3430 and 3441, being resolutions of salary schedule and compensation plan for the City of Redlands .
